• If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

• Please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact our support team promptly if the package appears damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

All eligible HOCO products purchased from our official website include a 6-Month Official Manufacturing Warranty.

The warranty:

• Begins from the original date of purchase.

• Covers eligible manufacturing defects occurring under normal use.

• Is subject to inspection and verification by our support team.

• Requires valid proof of purchase and supporting information about the issue.

• Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

An unboxing video may be requested as supporting evidence, particularly for delivery-related claims.

Warranty claims are handled according to our separate Warranty Policy.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

HOCO Pakistan provides a 7-day exchange window for eligible products, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

• Standard exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must meet the applicable return and exchange conditions.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds and replacements are subject to eligibility and verification.

• Sale and promotional products may be excluded from standard change-of-mind exchanges where disclosed.

Important: The 7-day exchange window is separate from the 6-month manufacturing warranty. Eligible manufacturing defects may still be covered throughout the warranty period.
