Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the hocopk website, placing an order, or contacting our support team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Products & authenticity

hocopk deals exclusively in original, authentic products sourced from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. Product images may vary slightly from actual items due to display settings.

3 Pricing & availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of order.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.
  • Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period.

4 Order placement & cancellation

  • An order confirmation does not guarantee dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues. 
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. 
  • Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us immediately. 

 

5 Shipping & delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. 
  • hocopk is not liable for delays caused by the courier service. 
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. 
  • Customers must inspect the parcel upon receipt and report any damage immediately. 

6 Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers where applicable. 
  • All payments must be made in full before or at the time of delivery. 
  • hocopk reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with a history of non-payment or fraud. 

7 Warranty & returns

All warranty and return requests are governed by our separate Warranty Policy and Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

HOCO products carry a 1-week warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Claims require an unboxing video and proof of purchase.

8 Intellectual property

All content on the hocopk website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of hocopk or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & data

  • We collect customer information (name, address, phone) solely for order processing and delivery. 
  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. 
  • By placing an order, you consent to us storing and using your information for order-related communication. 

10 Limitation of liability

hocopk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11 Changes to terms

hocopk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
