2 Exchange policy
Our exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required to complete an exchange.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged — only regular priced items are eligible.
3 Refund process
If you face an issue with a product purchased from hocopk, please send it to our physical address. Once received, we will notify you via email or SMS confirming receipt. After quality inspection, we will communicate our decision regarding exchange or refund.

4 Shipping returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. hocopk cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
5 Non-returnable items
- Items returned after the 7-day exchange window.
- Products with missing, damaged, or opened packaging without a valid defect claim.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items without proof of purchase.
