6-Month Manufacturing Warranty 

1 Overview

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and dependable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, procedures, and limitations associated with warranty claims to ensure a transparent and efficient customer experience.

2 Warranty claim processing time

All warranty claims are processed within 14–15 business days. In exceptional cases — such as detailed technical assessments or parts constraints — the process may take up to 30 days.

3 Warranty eligibility requirements

4 Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, mishandling, neglect, or unauthorized modification 
  • Liquid or moisture damage 
  • Software bugs or incompatibility 
  • Missing accessories or physical damage not present at delivery 
  • Damage from voltage fluctuations or natural disasters 
  • Tampered or broken warranty seals 
  • Claims submitted after warranty expiry 

5 How to request warranty service

Contact us within the active warranty period with:

  • Your order details (order number / invoice) 
  • Description of the issue 
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem 
  • Confirmation that all accessories are included

6 Evaluation of non-faulty products

7 Warranty void conditions 

  • Missing packaging or proof of purchase 
  • Liquid or physical damage 
  • Tampered warranty seal 
  • Incompatible third-party accessories 
  • Misuse or negligence

8 Manufacturing warranty coverage

The manufacturing warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage. Validity of each claim is determined after inspection. The 6-month warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
