01 — Social Media Manager

Function: Social media and content marketing | Open to: All genders

Plan and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other brand channels. Create content calendars, coordinate product shoots, write captions, analyse campaign results and keep a consistent HOCO visual identity.

Useful skills: Social media strategy, platform analytics, communication, content production and basic paid-media familiarity. Share examples of accounts or campaigns you have managed.

02 — E-commerce Chat Support Representative

Function: Customer support and online orders | Open to: All genders

Handle customer enquiries professionally, explain product compatibility, assist with order questions, maintain clear support records and coordinate queries with the ecommerce team.

Useful skills: Urdu and English writing, customer service, product research, attention to detail and experience with WhatsApp Business or ecommerce support tools.

03 — Junior Graphic Designer

Function: Ecommerce and social media design | Level: Junior / entry level

Design product posts, campaign banners, website graphics and consistent branded assets for HOCO Pakistan. Prepare properly sized images for desktop, mobile and social media.

Useful skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or comparable design tools; basic typography and image editing. Include a portfolio link.
